A Nice St. Patrick's Day

HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY! I hope everybody had a great St. Patrick's Day. I had a really good one. I will tell you all about it. So today I

went to the Evansville Museum to celebrate the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary. It was really fun. We made swaps (they are things that you bring to girl scout activities. you make them and you trade with other Girl Scouts.) I got a lot of different swaps. There was this really cool booth where there were all these cool swaps. One of them was a really small box of Caramel DeLites. (they a

re a type of Girl Scout cookies.) There was also another cute one that went to the Girl Scout song " Make New Friends". It was this piece of paper that had the song lyrics written or typed on it and there were 2 circles that overlapped each other. One was silver and the other was gold. It matched a line in the song that went: One is silver and the other is gold. Those were my two favorites. We also made rag dolls. I named mine Kristi. There was a game we played. It was a bit weird. I had a great time at the museum.

A Busy Day

Today is Wednesday. It was really hot today. I wore my shortest short shorts. I wore a really cute tank top. Today were my piano lessons. I have an ice show practice today too. I am almost done making my desk for my American Girl. It will be mostly brown and it will have a drawer. There are also lots of symbols (peace sign, heart, LOL, etc.) on the sides and the legs the symbols will also be on the left and right side of the desk. When I am done I will post a picture of it on the blog. For my ice show I will be skating to Something I Want. Our costume will be sparkly and purple. It will have tons of flowers on it. Some of my friends will come and see me perform.

Wednesday Happenings

Today is Wednesday. I will tell you a bit about my day.
Today I went to school. We did a lot of cool things. I got to work with my friend, Hannah.
We did spelling, math and all that stuff. I also had an appointment. (It was a doctor appointment.)
They took a look at my nose because I got a zit/pimple on it. At school, we did creative writing.
It was about our imaginary machine. Emma (She is my friend.) wrote that her machine could feed and take care of kitty cats. She said her machine could live for 10 million years! Cameron's (He is also my friend.) was just plain crazy. He said his machine had trillions of legs! His machine could shoot a hoop (It has to do with basketball. ) 6,000 miles away. I had a piano lesson today too.
My piano teacher told me I did a great job! I even got a treat.

Poptropica

Today I also wanted to tell you about Poptropica. Poptropica is a game where you get to do awesome adventures. (You can't just get an adventure. You have to go to an island. There is this huge map of islands and you get to pick which one you want to do. For example one island is called S.O.S. island.) You can also just hang around in the chatrooms if you like. First, you have to set up a Poptropica account. All you have to do is type in your username and password. It's just that simple. If you ever get stuck on any of the islands just go to Youtube and search the island that you are working on. If you prefer to just jump around (The Poptropica characters can jump really high.) or hang out in chatrooms I would suggest that you look around for cute outfits that you like.Then you can costumize your character. You can also get things from the Poptropica store. The store is where you can get all sorts of outfits and cool things. There are some things that are free but most of them cost credits.To get credits you will have to complete an island or you can just buy them with real money.(You get 50 credits for completing each island.) Also keep an eye out for new islands. Islands come out every once in a while. You should try Poptropica sometime. It's really fun

P.S. About the island thing starters should probaly do Early Poptropica first. It's the easiest island.

My Four Day Weekend

Today we resumed school we had a four day weekend! The four day weekend was really fun because I had a huge playdate with my friend, Jian. On Saturday, I started playing with her at about 10:30 am. I didn't leave until 10:00 pm. that was the longest playdate I have ever had in my life. It was super fun. (It reminds me of my best friend, Layla because we had lots of playdates together. We knew each other since preschool.) I had another one with Jian on Monday. (We were of on Monday because it was President's Day.) We played on the computer a lot! I had an almost perfect weekend.

Today

Today I had an ice skating exhibition. Lots of people said that I did a great job. My favorite parts of the exhibition was when I skated and a group called the River City Ice Theater. They were dressed in black but they were really cool. (And they were also really good.) I had a great time at the exhibition. I skated to a song from the movie Bug's Life. Then, I did crafts and I played on the computer (Also a few other things.) for the rest of the day.

Chinese New Year

Yesterday, we went to a Chinese New Year celebration party. It is the year of dragon. I got to perform in an event. Me and my friends got to do the ribbon dance. There was also a lot of good food to eat. I did some really fun crafts. I made three things. I made a fan,a small purse (Out of construction paper.), and I made a passport. After the show I played a game. We used our ribbons and Chinese yoyos to play fight each other. we were really tired after the game. I stayed until almost everybody left.

Wednesday

Today I went to school. This was my first day of school for the week. I also had a piano lesson later in the day. I didn't really do much today. I did call my friend Emma. A lot of people were out today at my school. Lots of them were sick. One went to Europe. Today we studied roman numerals and coin counting. The lesson was really long. It took about an hour. We are having a school play. It is called the Berry Patch Monster. Later in the day at school, We had play practice. I am not very good at piano but I am still good. Piano is a bit boring but it is still sort of fun. Tomorrow my class is going swimming. I am very excited.

Oklahoma City

I flew to Oklahoma City today! We rode a small airplane to Oklahoma. Our plane was sort of delayed. My aunt and uncle also came. Then, we got to our hotel. We also went to a party. It was really fun! I had a great time. But, I am really tired. The hotel is pretty nice. It has a good view. The room is also pretty big. Today was really nice!

Monday

Today I went shopping with my family. We got lots of stuff. I got a really cute top and some invisible ink pens. I also got a coat. My mom got lots of shirts. I went to lots of shoe stores. I almost got my favorite pair of shoes. Too bad they were out of my size. We were out of the house for a long time. I also got my script for my school play! I had a really good day!

Fun Sunday!

Today I had a great time! In the morning, I went to church. We did a lot of things. First, we had lunch, ( Not that it's really important or anything.) we practiced our ribbon dance, and we of course had a lot of fun! Me and my family didn't leave until 4:30 pm. We were one of the last to
leave. Then we went to the mall. I got a pair pants. We walked in the mall for a while. I also
found some shoes that I really liked but they didn't really fit me that good. I was sort of sad!
When we got back home we ate dinner and we watched Frenemies. I love that movie. My favorite
part of the movie was about two twins that looked identical. Except they're not sisters and they live a totally different life.

Friday, the 13th

Today is Friday, the 13th . I wanted to tell you about today. Today I didn't have a good start, but I had a good end. At first, I had a really wiggly circle, a boring spelling test and the worst re-check
you could possibly imagine. A pretty nice work time and playtime.(I forgot to mention during playtime my friend, Hannah made a pink snowball!) A really nice afternoon. We also did an experiment to see if today was lucky or unlucky. Then I had ice skating. I did really well!
Today is also my Dad's birthday. We got him a small cake. It's vanilla cake with chocolate chip
ice cream. Happy birthday Daddy!

Today's Going Ons

Today our class had a field trip to the library to watch Tales & Scales. The show was really funny.They (The performers) played lots of different instruments. They were really good at it.
One of them sings. One plays the keyboard, Another one plays the flute , bass and saxophone.

Thursday

Today was a nice day! At school we did a lot of things. We got to sketch our nature trail. ( Not the
whole trail, just a plant or seed or anything that we thought was cool.) My friend, Hannah drew a branch with leaves on it. It was really pretty. I drew a shriveled up branch from a rose bush. Some boys from my class from my class found a milkweed seed. ( It was really funny because they named it a "fluffer".) For my work, I did math, composition and geography. I did do more than that but it's not as important. After school, I had girl scouts. We started working on a badge. We played some games and did some crafts. We also sell cookies. I love selling cookies.
